Training & Placement
Besides offering world-class education to students, JIS has always successfully made a mark in providing campus placements also. Every year, full-fledged campusing happen in every institution falling under JIS Group. We have a highly dedicated team of professionals imparting the requisite training to students towards enhancing their capabilities for facing interviews during campus placements. The constant efforts of the Training and Placement Cell in our institutions have led to the placement of hundreds of students in MNC’s and various top-notch industrial houses. The Training & Placement Departments also work as a facilitator providing a launch platform for the students of the college. The students have already made their mark in leading companies around and outside the country within a very short span of time. Students are recruited at various levels, positions and departments, based on their career and specialization choices, recruitment policy of the organization, and performance of the students at the campus interviews organized by the Training & Placement Cell.
To prepare the students for placements, various pre-placement activities are held. Online sessions for soft skills, aptitude reasoning, group discussions and mock interviews were conducted effectively by the Training and Placement Cell. My Perfectice platform is used to improve the skills of students beyond their class hours. Being an interactive portal with problem-solving and gaming exercises, it helps in fine-tuning the analytical and reasoning capabilities of the students through gradual improvement of their skill levels. To make sure that the entire placement process happens effectively and systematically, the institutions make groups, thus screening students based on their passion and the job role. Different webinars and corporate mentorship sessions were organized to help students with the interview process and also guide them about the dos and don’ts of professional life.

Field and Industrial Visit
Industrial visit has its importance in the career of a student who is pursuing a professional degree. With this objective, the institutions under JIS Group have organized numerous industrial visits for the students to provide them with insight regarding the internal working of various companies. To be successful in the future, a student has to have the best of both the theoretical and practical world. So intending to go beyond academics, industrial visits provide students with a practical perspective in their domain of subject. It also provides students with an opportunity to learn practically through interaction, working methods and employment practices. It gives them exposure to current work practices with in-depth theoretical knowledge imparted in the classrooms. Industrial visits are arranged by the various Departments of our institutions, to provide students with the requisite industrial knowledge in different sectors. The institutions under JIS Group offer a wide array of courses to students and provide students with the exclusive opportunity to visit renowned companies and organizations. Even amidst a global pandemic, various digital industrial site visits were organized by us for the betterment of our students.
Foreign University Tours
Foreign University Tours are conducted every year at the JIS Group of Institutions to enhance the experience of the students, which will help them further in their academic and professional career. These visits enable the students to interact with people on a global scale and acquire knowledge that is beyond their books and practical classes. When students participate in different activities, quizzes, live interactive classes, assignments across the various universities of the globe, their confidence gets boosted as they are exploring new things which they have not explored before.
Some of the foreign university tours conducted by us are the Asian Institute of Technology (Bangkok), University of Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (Russia) and Moscow State University (Russia).

Internship
One of our main aims is to generate a stimulating academic environment for higher learning and to bring about a harmonious development of personality among the students by fostering leadership values and importing a high degree of professional skills. The hands-on experience students receive during the internship cannot be obtained in a classroom setting. During internships, students get to acquire real work experiences and also get acquainted with day to day job duties of a particular field. Students learn additional skills like communication and the ability to do teamwork during the period of internship. Apart from refining the professional skills of students, internships help students explore a career path and give them an edge in the job market. The institution, under JIS Group, organizes internships for students in various reputed companies in diverse sectors. Summer and Winter Internships are part of the curriculum and students get practical exposure in their field of industry.
